Reminders depend on your device letting Cratelog send them. Check notification permissions and any Focus or Do Not Disturb schedule first, then open the box and check the deadline itself; a reminder is generated from the dates you entered.

Deadlines are calculated from the billing date and the skip rules recorded for the box. Open the subscription and check both; sellers move deadlines more often than you'd think. Correct whichever changed and the countdown updates.

No. Cratelog reminds you and routes you to the seller; the skip itself happens on the seller's site, under the seller's terms. Record the outcome afterwards and your allowance and countdown update.

Export a CSV from either service, then go to Settings · Import. You'll see exactly which fields become records before anything is saved, and the original file is not kept.

Converting would mean inventing an exchange rate you never paid. Cratelog keeps $, £ and € as separate figures, and totals are shown per currency.

Settings · Data · Export. Everything you've recorded, in a machine-readable format, any time, without asking us.

Settings · Delete account. Your records are removed from live systems within 30 days. Deleting your Cratelog account has no effect on any subscription you hold with a seller; skip or cancel those with each seller first.

Submit it from the add screens; Cratelog will offer the option when a search comes up empty. Submissions are reviewed before they're published, so allow a day or two.
